Grey Planets Saucers

Handcrafted from clay and fired at a high temperature, the Planets Series by Bergs Potter draws inspiration from designer Christian Buur Bangsgaard’s fascination with modular structures; a recipient of an Art Award in Ceramics, works by Bangsgaard have featured in Danish modern art museums in both Charlottenborg and Trapholt. Taut with a soft finish, the ringed pots and saucers in this series are named after some of the most prominent planets in our solar system.

Please note, the named size of the saucer relates to the size of the matching pot that it will fit, not the actual diameter of the saucer.
