Handcrafted from clay and fired at a high temperature, the Planets Series by Bergs Potter draws inspiration from designer Christian Buur Bangsgaard’s fascination with modular structures; a recipient of an Art Award in Ceramics, works by Bangsgaard have featured in Danish modern art museums in both Charlottenborg and Trapholt. Taut with a soft finish, the ringed pots and saucers in this series are named after some of the most prominent planets in our solar system.
