Mixed Berries with Rum in Syrup

The delicious mix of cherries, blackberries, strawberries and redcurrants in this preserve are perfectly pared with the decadent undertone of rum. We think it is best enjoyed with fresh ice-cream, but it is just as heavenly decanted and eaten as it comes.
