Clematis 'Mary Whistler' is notable for its simplicity and elegance. The spring flowering clematis produces an abundance of small white nodding flowers, made up of four tepals. These hang downwards and are very attractive to bees and butterflies as an early season nectar source. In autumn it bears attractive fluffy seedheads for extended interest.
