Life in the Garden

In this lavish book, which uses two types of paper stock, designer Bunny Williams invites readers to explore the grounds of her eighteenth-century manor house in Northwestern Connecticut in different lights and seasons. Featuring a parterre garden, year-round conservatory, extensive vegetable garden, orchard, woodlands, an aviary with exotic fowl, and a rustic poolside Greek Revival–style folly, the garden is impressive.  The designer also shows us how she incorporates nature in her interiors: in stunning floral arrangements, unique tablescapes, and elaborate holiday vignettes, with both home and garden reflecting her inimitable style.
