Miniature Oxfordshire Bee Pollen, 56g

Acclaimed as a superfood, bee pollen is rich in vitamins, minerals, protein and amino acids and is believed to offer many health benefits. This bee pollen has been collected locally, (for a limited time when pollen is abundant), using tiny brushes in the hive’s entrance which skim the bees’ legs. The pollen is carefully air dried and left in its natural state without any processing. The grains show a variation in colour, indicative of the variety of foraging, a sign of a healthy hive!
