For six generations, Michele Oliva’s family have kept indigenous Scillian bees among the citrus groves and the wildflowers of Sicily’s Iblei mountains. The product of traditional beekeeping expertise and a modern cold-extraction technique, this raw Sicilian thistle honey offers up floral, almost earthy aromas leading to notes of caramel, mature fruits, and spices.
